Ordering process

Step 1)          Click on the ‘shop’ tab.

Step 2)          Click on the ‘category’ you wish to search.         

Step 3)          Select ‘add to cart’ once for each item required (for multiple items simply click ‘add to cart’ repeatedly or select the image of the product and you can enter the total amount of items required.

Step 4)          To check the order or make amendments hover over the shop tab and select ‘cart’. If required delete mistakenly ordered items. To add further items click theshoptab and continue creating the order.

Step 5)          Finally check the order by selectingcart.

Step 6)          If you require ‘signature on delivery’ or ‘extra cover insurance loss/damage’ enter the ‘postage & handling’ category under the ‘shop’ tab and select ‘signature on delivery’ and/or ‘extra cover insurance loss/damage’ (we will contact you regarding how much insurance is required, if required check additional costs for insurance by selecting Domestic parcel calculator).

Step 7)            Once you are happy with the order select the shipping option (Small, medium or large Australia Post satchel) and proceed to checkout’.

Step 8)          You will receive an email confirming the order, order number and Zebra Lymphatics banking details. Deposit the payment for the order into our account referencing the order number.

Step 9)          Once funds are received the order will be processed and a tracking number for the package will be smsed to you.  You can monitor parcels by clicking Track my item ). You will receive an email confirming completion of the order.

 

Note: Regarding Delivery, Zebra Lymphatic uses Australia Post to deliver and track parcels. Under normal circumstances please allow 3-5 business days for delivery of orders after receiving an ‘order processed’ email.
