Cystic Fibrosis (CF)
In treating Cystic Fibrosis MLD (manual Lymphatic Drainage) can be administered instead of the customary percussion, in the intercostal region; children also tolerate this more readily. The thickening mucus which causes malabsorption in the intestinal region is dispersed by abdominal treatment.
